Frequently Asked Questions
How much is the retreat?
A$100 for the full weekend (Friday evening through Sunday afternoon). Includes accommodation, and meals. There will be a small, A$2.50 processing fee for each order.
Is a payment plan available?
Yes. Must be paid in full by 30 September.
What if I have mobility issues?
All of the events and bathrooms are located on the ground floor. There is limited accommodation on the ground floor, so priority will be given to those with mobility issues.
What if I have dietary issues?
If you have dietary issues, please book as soon as possible. We will do our best to accommodate you - and ask that you keep in mind that we are not professional caterers.
What is your cancellation policy?
We understand that plans can change. Our cancellation policy is designed to be as flexible as possible. If you need to cancel, please let us know ASAP. If you have to cancel after 30 September, there will be a A$30 cancellation fee due to having already bought food and craft supplies for the event.
What if I only want to come for the day?
We'd love to have you come for the day! You will be asked to pay A$15 per meal that you plan to have at the retreat. For example, if you come on Saturday and have afternoon tea and supper with us, it would be A$30.
Will alcohol be served?
We will not be providing alcohol. That said, if you wish to bring a small amount to drink responsibly, you are welcome to BYOB.
Which meals will be provided?
Friday - snacks only, as arrival is planned for after 7pm.
Saturday - breakfast, lunch, dinner
Sunday - breakfast, lunch
Venue Details
All toilets are on ground level
Downstairs beds are first for those with mobility issues
Morning tea, afternoon tea, and supper included for those staying overnight
40 overnight guests can be accommodated, with priority of bottom bunks and ground floor to those with mobility concerns

Hello everyone. ððŧââïļ I am one of your hosts for the retreat.
As many of you know I am Kira's Mum and we share a love of reading, although our tastes are a bit different. We do at times recommend books to each other. My tastes in books has expanded a lot since Kira started the group.
I also love craft , although I think I am more well known for starting projects and not finishing them
ðĪŠ! I really want to learn how to Crochet.
I also enjoy gardening, camping,fishing and going on 4wd adventures with my partner.
